1. The defendant delivers each building listed in the separate sheet No. 2 to the plaintiff, and each of the above buildings from September 15, 2014.

1. The description of the reasons for the claim is as shown in Appendix 1;

2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;

3. Some rejection parts of the Plaintiff seek that the lease agreement between the Plaintiff and the Defendant would proceed from August 15, 2014, and the fact that the Plaintiff was paid once by the Defendant is the Plaintiff. Thus, the Defendant’s failure to pay is the rent from September 15, 2014, and the Plaintiff’s claim for rent from September 1, 2014 to September 14, 2014 is rejected.
