Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 11, 2014, the Defendant hospitalized the Defendant for 28 days due to a clamping disorder at the D Hospital located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government during the period from January 15, 2014 to February 11, 2014.

“The documents, such as a written confirmation of entry/discharge, submitted each of the victim’s modern maritime insurance companies, victim LIG non-life insurance companies, and victim Korean-style life insurance companies, claiming insurance proceeds.

However, in fact, the Defendant had been staying out and staying outside twice at the time, and did not drink 22 times out of 80 meals, and did not require any special treatment other than erosion treatment and depression treatment. Therefore, the Defendant did not need hospitalization.

The Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above; (b) received KRW 1,960,00 from the Hyundai Marine Insurance Company around February 14, 2014; (c) KRW 3,348,920 around February 14, 2014 from the Victim LIG Damage Insurance Company; (d) KRW 475,000 around February 12, 2014 from the Victim Hanhwa Life Insurance Company; and (e) received KRW 5,783,920 from the Victim Hansung Life Insurance Company.

Accordingly, the defendant was informed of the victims to receive property.
