The Defendant purchased 2,200 pharmaceutical containers necessary to manufacture drugs from September 2014 to October 20 of the same year in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and approximately 2,000 pharmaceutical displayers, and 10,00 a capsules in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, respectively.

The Defendant, along with the containers, etc. of the drugs purchased as above, separately purchased smuggling and glutinous rice powder and provided them to F, etc., and manufactured a horse 109,000 caps by making the aforementioned joint caps to be tightly shocked in the aforesaid joint caps.
