Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 2015, the Defendant lent KRW 600,000 to C (the age of 15) and suggested to C, “In lieu of paying in money, he/she stolen a mobile phone from a taxi engineer in Busan and has repaid the mobile phone.”
C, therefore, has the intention to steals a mobile phone in Busan, and has the intention to steal it.
