Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

On November 26, 2015, around 23:00, the Defendant assaulted the victim F and Sifat around the Esing camera located in Gwangju-si, with the victim F and Sifat, and assaulted with the victim’s fat, smuggling and fat.
