1. As to the Plaintiff, Defendant B, C, D, E, F, G, H, and I, among the forest land of 24,92 square meters in Gyeongsan-si, as to the portion of 1/9 shares, respectively.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a clan consisting of descendants who jointly set up QC’s 21st hand R, and the Defendants are the members of the Plaintiff’s clan and Q QC 31st hand S, which are the members of the T literature (hereinafter “T literature”).
B. The land of this case was assessed in the name of the State on October 20, 1917 under the name of the State (State). On July 2, 1928, U, who was the son of S, acquired ownership from the State (State) in accordance with the Ordinance on the Special Cases of Shipbuilding and the Forestry Concession, which was enforced on April 2, 1926, and was transferred on September 9, 1929 by U on January 30, 1932 after his death on September 30, 1932.
C. E. After that, eight of the above holders of the land in this case died, excluding the Defendant B, and the remaining six of them except AD and AJ shares were transferred to the Defendants, their successors. AD died on June 8, 2010 and completed the registration of ownership transfer as follows. Defendant J, K, L, M, N,O each of them were transferred to each of them after the AJ died in 2017.
