Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 14:00 on May 12, 2020, the Defendant: (a) placed C’ in the Gyeonggi-si-si-si-si-si-si-si-si-si-si-si-si-si-si-si-si-si-si-si-si-si-si-si-si-si-si-si-si (hereinafter “C”) materials equivalent to KRW 14,500 in total, 18,850 in the market value; and (b) cut off them out of the store without calculating the amount of money.
