Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months and by a fine of 300,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny, entering into a building, and larceny at night;

A. On May 24, 2015, at around 20:56, the Defendant: (a) driven 1,500,000 won in the victim G-owned market where the Defendant was parked with a key sticked in the front of the “F” located in Yacheon-gu, Yacheon-si E; and (b) stolen it.

B. On August 31, 2015, around 05:00, the Defendant: (a) removed the number plate from the victim H owned by the parked victim H, “I” CA100E, and stolen it.

C. At around 14:00 on September 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) removed the number plate owned by the victim D, parked in the parking lot, and stolen it. (b) On September 24, 2015, the Defendant:482’s comprehensive sports ground “C” owned by the parked victim D.

At around 19:00 on October 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) removed the number plate from the Defendant’s “K” CITI100 Obama, which is parked, in front of the “wing History” station in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and stolen it.

E. On October 3, 2015, around 05:34, the Defendant: (a) infringed upon the external packing door to the “F” as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a); (b) infringed on the victim’s right to walk; and (c) caused the victim’s prompt ownership of 40,000 won at the market price of 40,000 won.

F. On October 3, 2015, around 07:16, the Defendant invaded upon a family structure by entering the F in the same manner as the foregoing paragraph, and in the same manner as the foregoing paragraph.

G. On October 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 07:16, 2015, on the ground that the “F” as indicated in the foregoing paragraph was included in the “F,” and (b) took place within the scope of “F,” and subsequently stolen the Plaintiff’s 2 boxes holding a 50,000 won at the market price.

2. Illegal use of air defense;

A.
