A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

When the defendant received a living and demand from the bond company to pay his/her debt because he/she is not well in operation, the defendant tried to take property by intimidation against women, and prepared a knife knife for committing the crime (not less than 27 cm in length), he/she prepared a knife knife, mast, stockba, etc., and colors the place and objects of the crime.

A. On November 18, 2015, at around 22:03, the Defendant: (a) confirmed that only four women, such as victims E (n, 35 years of age), F (n, 33 years of age), G (n, 28 years of age), and H (n, 29 years of age) were located at the same time; and (b) threatened the victim’s G, H (n, 28 years of age) with a deadly weapon, which was prepared in advance, into the inside, by threatening the victim F’s knife with a deadly weapon, and threatening the victim’s knife with a knife with a knife with a knife with a knife with a knife with a knife with a knife with a knife to pay money; and (c) led the victim E to escape from the outside of the Republic of Korea.

B. On November 19, 2015, at around 00:51, the Defendant: (a) took a house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I on the alleyway to boom the subject of the crime; (b) taken the victim J (W, 27 years old), K (W, 29 years old); and (c) forced the victims to take a knife on the chest of the victim K, knife the knife on the chest of the victim; and (d) forced the victims to take a knife the knife, and forced the victims to take a knife the knife and withdraw the knife; (b) even if the said victims were sound and the knife would be precluded from committing the act of escape; and (c) went on and escaped from the knife without achieving the remaining purport.

Accordingly, the defendant carried a deadly weapon over two occasions and attempted to withdraw property.
