The judgment of the court below is reversed.

The defendant shall be innocent.

[Judgment on the Reasons for Appeal] The summary of the Reasons for Appeal is as follows: (a) the Defendant was aware of the fact that E (the age of 20) is a male, and the Defendant did not have the intention of indecent act by compulsion on the part of the Defendant, since E, who is a male, has the intention to stop the distress in front of female toilets, and E, has the intention to stop it once.

The summary of the facts charged in the instant case and the summary of the judgment of the lower court, the Defendant, at around 22:20 on September 16, 2013, committed indecent act by force on the part of the victim E at D toilets located in Young-gu, Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, with a view to viewing that the victim E, who is a female’s day, was knife and boomed with a female-only toilet, and that F, who entered a female-only toilet, was knife and boomed.

The lower court found the Defendant guilty of the instant facts charged by taking account of the evidence presented in its judgment.

There is a statement of E as evidence to correspond to the facts charged that the defendant intentionally rant E by indecent act.

In light of the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and examined by the lower court, there is sufficient room to view that the Defendant at the time of the instant case, at the time of the instant case, had the intention to make the Defendant not to suffer any distress before a female toilet, and, therefore, it is insufficient to recognize the Defendant’s intentional act of indecent act by compulsion.

① At the time of the instant case, E was found to have his head cut short to the point of view of returning home, and she was suffering from her head gos and her head gos.

Accordingly, the defendant's defect in the E's paragraph is "any woman's see."
