Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to fell trees or gather wild plants in a park area shall obtain permission from the park management agency, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, around March 20, 2017, the Defendant cut off a total of 21 glue trees, such as 20cc butterine 3glue, from the diameter of Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, a national park in North Korea, without obtaining permission from the park management office.
