1. The plaintiff's primary and conjunctive claims are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The plaintiff is a clan that is a member of A4 years of age C (hereinafter referred to as "4 years of age C"), and the defendant is a clan that is a member of A13 years of age D (hereinafter "13 years of age D") with a heavy view.
B. (1) The term “A” in the title of “A” means the registration of ownership transfer for each real estate listed in Articles 12 through 18 of the Attached List; the registration of ownership transfer for reasons of sale on October 18, 1935; the registration of ownership transfer for reasons of sale on September 20, 1935; and the registration of ownership transfer for reasons of sale on October 20, 1935 for each real estate listed in paragraph (22) of the Attached List, completed the registration of ownership transfer for reasons of sale on October 20, 1935; and completed the registration of ownership transfer for each real estate listed in Articles 6, 7, 10, 11, 19 through 21, 23 through 25 on June 14, 1983; and completed the registration of ownership transfer for each real estate listed in Articles 1, 2, 4, and 18(5)1 through 38.36.18, 1983; and each real estate listed in the above list under paragraph (1)5) of the former Act.36.1
(2) From November 15, 2005, Nonparty E, a representative of the above “A”, from around the end of 2008, requested the process of legal issues, etc. of the clan property, Nonparty F, an attorney-at-law, to go beyond the status of the president of the clan’s clan. Nonparty F, the attorney-at-law, transferred a certified copy of the register and register of the above real estate in the name of “A”, and other property-related documents, minutes of the account, etc.
C. A resolution of the plaintiff clan (1) was adopted on December 12, 2008 (11.15) that "F shall hold a general meeting of the plaintiff clan in the Hoyang City in the name of "A clan clan", and the above general meeting was adopted with the content that "E resignation of the clan," "F shall be appointed as a new head of the clan," and "Enactment of a new general rule by changing the name of the clan to "A clan clan clan".
