A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 23, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud in Busan District Court's Dong Branch Branch, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on October 28, 2013 at the Busan District Court's Busan District Court's Busan District Court's Dong Branch.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay taxi charges to the victim because he/she did not have any money or credit card.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, had the victim operate approximately 76 km from the front of the MaraDDdong to the Cheongdo Saemaeul-gun, Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-do-gun, thereby acquiring property profits equivalent to KRW 107,890 of the taxi rate.
