Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BM5 car.

On June 9, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car on June 22, 2014, and driven it at a speed of about 80km, depending on the two-lanes in the direction of the lower direction, the front of the 559 modern River basin 20 meters, Seoyang-gu, Busan.
