Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The parties to the dispute 1) Nonparty Qa Credit Union (hereinafter “ Qa Credit Union”)
Defendant E (hereinafter “Defendant E”)
A non-profit legal entity established under the Credit Unions Act for the purpose of receiving deposits and installment savings from its members, and lending to its members, etc. In the latter case, Q New Cooperatives shall be dissolved and liquidation procedures conducted on February 26, 2008, and shall be named “R” (hereinafter referred to as “R”)
(2) The defendant C changed to another person. (2) The defendant C worked as a staff member for Q new consultation from March 1996 to March 26, 2008 and was in charge of the business of receiving deposits, withdrawals, loans, etc., and the director of R as the director of R from March 27, 2008 to January 31, 2015.
3) Defendant D, as the husband of Defendant C, has operated a business entity (the trade name is “S”, and the trade name is “T” from around 2004) that imported from China to sell it at night from around 2003 to January 26, 2008. 4) NetworkF (the death of August 17, 2017) is the president of the Q New Consultative Council from March 25, 199 to March 6, 2006, and was a director of Q New Consultative Council from March 6, 2006 to February 26, 2008, Defendant (Appointed Party) G, Appoint, and P are children of netF.
5) Defendant H served as a director for Q new consultation from March 25, 199 to March 6, 2006, and as the president for Q new consultation from March 6, 2006 to February 26, 2008, the date of dissolution of Q new consultation, and Defendant I served as the president for R from March 26, 2008 to December 31, 2009. 6) Defendant I served as the president for R from January 1, 2010 to May 22, 2013. Defendant J served as the president for R from May 23, 2013 to February 23, 2015.
7 Defendant K and Defendant L have served as an auditor of Q New Consultation from March 1, 2007 to March 26, 2008, when Q New Consultation was dissolved, and as an auditor of R from March 26, 2008 to December 31, 2009, and Defendant M was on January 1, 2010.
