Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 12, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a crime of violating the Punishment of Tax Offenses Act in Seoul Southern District Court and a fine of KRW 156 million for a year and October 10 million, imprisonment with labor for two months and a fine of KRW 14 million, and suspended execution for three years on July 22, 2014.

The defendant, who is a real representative of the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Building Co., Ltd., D and Pyeongtaek-si E-si Co., Ltd., has entered and retired in the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd., but did not intend to prepare a career certificate in the name of G, as if he works in the Dispute Resolution D, and submit it to the Korea Construction Technology Association.

1. Counterfeiting a private document on July 2014 and uttering of a falsified or falsified document;

A. On July 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered his/her personal information, such as the name, resident registration number, address, etc., in the column for the letter of career certification in the Femination of the Femination of the Femination of the private document; (b) entered H, an employee of the Femination of the Femination of the Femination of the Femination of the private document, in the column for the company column under his/her jurisdiction; and (c) entered I in the column for the company column, the representative, in the column for the company column, and in the technology experience column, from July 7, 2014, the head office civil affairs division and the director of the public affairs division of the headquarters, in the column for the preparation date, and signed in the name of the said G.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising the right, the Defendant forged the part of the written G of career certificate, which is a private document about fact certification.

B. On July 23, 2014, at the office of the Korea Construction Engineers Association, mainly located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, the Defendant exercised the aforementioned investigation document by having H submit a false career certificate as if it were duly constituted as if it were duly established.

2. Forgery of private documents and uttering of a falsified investigation document on September 2014;

A. On September 2, 2014, the Defendant of a private document forgery: (a) around September 2, 2014, the said F Office entered the name, resident registration number, address, and other personal information of G in the column for the career certificate; and (b) the Defendant entered the company column in the column of the company concerned, I and I in the company column, the representative column, and in the company column, I and in the company column.
