Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a person working in the Taekwondo Doro (hereinafter referred to as the “D”) in the Dam (hereinafter referred to as the “D”), and the victim E (the age of 6) and the victim F (the age of 11) were the students of D.

1. Violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a minor under thirteen years of age);
