1. The Defendants decided to commit the crime of “scaming” with the person in whose name the Defendants committed the crime of fraud, and the person in whose name the Defendants are not the victim by leaving the phone to the victim, and the Defendant A received the money from the injured person under the direction of the person in whose name the victim was not the victim and delivered it to the Defendant B designated by the person in whose name the name was not the victim. On June 7, 2018, the name Buddhistist was made a false statement to the effect that he/she assumes the staff of the Financial Supervisory Service of the victim E in a non-permanent place, a strong post office, and that he/she assumes the victim E to the effect that "where he/she has stolen the card under the name of the political party, he/she will bring about the employee of the Financial Supervisory Service to the next parking lot of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F apartment which is a new residential site in a household, by withdrawing all cash stored in the political party account and putting him/her under his/her name in the bank." However, the name Buddhistist was not an employee of the Financial Supervisory Service, and the victim's name card was not stolen to another person.

At the end of the above false statement, the name Buddhistist had the victim withdraw his deposit from each account of G bank, H and enterprise bank in the name of the victim and let the victim keep the bank in cash of KRW 10,846,00 in the front parking lot of the above F apartment. The defendant A received the above name Buddhist box's order and moved the bank under the above white domina car at around 11:57 on June 7, 2018. The defendant B moved the bank under cash from the above white domina car, and around 13:13:0 on June 7, 2018, around 13:13:00 on June 13, 2018. The defendant B got the above bank from the defendant A around the front of the subway 2 in the subway 10,846,000,000 from the front parking lot of the above F apartment. The name of the defendant Eul-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government No. 6 at around 2:13:40 on the same day.

As a result, the Defendants deceptiond the victim in collusion with the person who is not infinite, and 10,846,000 won from the victim.
