A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 18:10 on April 24, 2013, the Defendant driven B rocketing car with a blood alcohol content of about 500 meters from the road front of the filial industry machinery located in the Daegu North-gu mountain-dong to the road front of the Daegu North-gu mountain-dong.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

At the time stated in Paragraph 1 above, the Defendant driven the said car, while under the influence of alcohol, led to the passage from the distribution complex to the mountain zone.

Since there is a place where the center line of yellow solid lines is installed, there was a duty of care to ensure that a person engaged in driving service is obliged to thoroughly operate the front line and safely operate the tea.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and caused the negligence of driving the center line to two lanes from the opposite side of the running direction of the Defendant, and caused the part of the victim C (the 65-year-old driver) driver's driving on the left side of the car in the case of the Defendant's driving, and accordingly, the part of the victim E (the 46-year-old driver) driver's driving on the right side of the vehicle in the case of the victim's driving, driving from the opposite side of the Defendant's driving direction to one lane, and the part of the victim's driver's driving on the front side of the left side of the vehicle in the case of the victim's driving and the part of the victim's driving on the front side of the above right side of the vehicle in the case of C driver's driving.

As a result, the Defendant suffered from the victim C with multiple scopic scoppy, etc. which requires approximately three weeks of treatment by occupational negligence as above, and the victim E with multiple scopic scophers, etc. which require approximately two weeks of treatment.
