A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

After acquiring a non-legal entity with C, D, and E, the Defendant planned to take over the non-legal entity C as the representative director of the legal entity and take out a loan by taking out the real estate owned by the said legal entity as collateral, but it did not prepare funds to take over the legal entity. However, the Defendant was willing to obtain a false credit loan in the name of F and C, which could be forged.

The Defendant, along with C, D, E, and F, took advantage of the fact that public officials, such as teachers, etc., work at G high schools in a financial institution in consideration of credit rating, etc., and confirmed that teachers, such as C, work at G high schools, and planned to receive loans and distribute them as if C were H of G high school teachers.
