Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 17, 2014, at around 11:50 on August 17, 2014, the Defendant: (a) caused a dispute with the victim C, who was found in the family room of the Defendant’s residence, due to his neglect of family in the ordinary family room; (b) caused the damage to the victim, who was placed in the said place, and (c) caused one of the co-owners of cremation in the unclaimed market price, on the aggregate wall; and (d) attached one of the winders of the market price equivalent to KRW 60,00,000, on the aggregate floor.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property.

2. On August 17, 2014, around 11:50 on August 17, 2014, the injured Defendant: (a) took a horse dispute with the injured party on the ground that the injured party C (the injured party, the 36 years of age) was negligent in giving a family at his/her home; (b) fell down with the damaged party’s shoulder by breaking the damaged party’s shoulder, and was pushed down with the damaged party’s shoulder, as in paragraph (1).

As a result, the defendant suffered injury, such as the coordinates, salt, etc. in the face of the right dog for about two weeks to the victim who is in need of treatment.
