Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A and Defendant B: (a) leased the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Building 1504 KRW 2.7 million; (b) the monthly rent of KRW 2.7 million; and (c) the Defendant A and B, who is the one of the above A and B, conspired to operate the gambling hall, such as managing the board money and chips; and (d) soliciting gambling agents.
