A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 21, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced by the Suwon District Court to a summary order of KRW 1,500,000 to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on March 26, 2010 to a summary order of KRW 2,50,000 to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On April 22, 2013, at around 22:20, the Defendant driven a ice B vehicle with approximately approximately 50 meters of alcohol concentration 0.169% while under the influence of alcohol leveling from the roads near the Dau Cina-gu Revised-gu Maakdong to the roads front of the same bridge.
