Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 08:30 on August 10, 201, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by way of force for about two hours, such as having the victim take a knife and the knife in the “D knife number” operated by the victim C of the first floor of the building in the Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si; (b) inasmuch as the victim prevented the other customers who provided meals at the above restaurant from lending tobacco; (c) on the ground that the victim was the victim, the Defendant was the victim.

2. The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place as above 1.3 times and at the same time, expressed that “A cafeteria E, customer F who found the said restaurant, or G who operated laundry in the same building, etc., publicly insulting the victim C by openly insulting the victim as “a bit of bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch.”
