A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving CK5 cars.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the said victim H by negligence in the course of performing the above duties, and at the same time, 564,458 won of the G taxi repair expenses. At the same time, the Defendant destroyed the 684,138 won of the I taxi repair expenses to their respective 684,138 won, and escaped without taking measures, such as providing relief to the victim by immediately stopping the vehicle.
