1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 48,240,000 and the interest rate thereon from August 31, 2018 to the date of full payment.

In addition to the purport of the entire pleadings stated in Gap evidence 1 through 7, around November 2015, the plaintiff entered into a contract with defendant Eul Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the defendant Eul"), which provides that the plaintiff shall pay human resources to the plaintiff at the construction site of Gowon-si, Changwon-si (hereinafter "the construction site of this case"), and the defendant Eul shall pay human resources to the plaintiff at the construction site of this case (hereinafter "the contract of this case"). The plaintiff filed a claim for payment of human resources payment to the defendant Eul from around December 1, 2015 to April 10, 2016; the defendant Eul failed to pay human resources payment; the defendant Eul, who actually operated the defendant Eul, was jointly and severally liable to pay the plaintiff KRW 10 to the plaintiff at the above construction site of this case; and the defendant Eul, who is jointly and severally liable to pay the plaintiff at the above KRW 50,000, KRW 200, KRW 4000, KRW 50,201.

The Defendants, instead of paying the above human resources cost to the Plaintiff between the Plaintiff, the Defendants, and E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “E”), and instead paying the said human resources cost to the Plaintiff, the Defendants’ aforementioned human resources cost against the Plaintiff.
