A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B-Wood vehicle.

On November 10, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.070% at around 23:10 on November 10, 2018, and led the said car to proceed to the intersection of 47 slowly from the right intersection to the right intersection, as it was decided in Incheon City.
