The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On April 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 22:59, at the Defendant’s house located in the Nam-gu Busan Metropolitan City B building 106, using the name “C” in the Spanish Games franchise bulletin board, which may be seen to be connected to anyone; and (b) “I see Drhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

2. The crime of the above facts charged is an offense subject to prosecution subject to prosecution (Article 311 and Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act). Since the victim submitted a written agreement to withdraw the complaint against the defendant on December 10, 2013, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparag. 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
