Defendant

A is a person who worked as the team leader of a “surf team” in a telephone financial fraud company operated by E from March 8, 2012 to February 21 of the same month, and Defendant B was a person in charge of telephone counseling services at the above “surf team” from March 8, 2012 to March 15 of the same month.
