A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 208, the Defendant: (a) around Daegu-gun, Daegu-gun and one parcel of land; (b) concluded a partnership agreement with the Defendant to share funds; and (c) the Defendant, upon establishing and managing a fish farm, concluded a partnership agreement with the Defendant to divide profits from the establishment and management of a fish farm; (c) but, as the water height of a fish farm was lost due to the failure of a business, it was deemed to have caused C’s fault; and (d) while the Defendant’s living conditions were not good, the Defendant continued to live, and (e) received money for the purpose of monthly pay and fee-free.

On November 26, 2018, the Defendant filed a complaint with C, with the Seo-gu District Prosecutors' Office located in Seo-gu, Daegu District Court about 40,00,000, the 2500,000 won per month at the time of the management of the fish farm.” The Defendant submitted a complaint with the purport that “The Defendant would not pay the 2.5 million won per month at the time of the management of the fish farm,” and that “The Defendant would purchase the 2.5 million won from D and paid the 2.5 million won by not paying the price.” On December 5, 2018, the Defendant continued to receive the 2.5 billion won at the investigation of the Daegu Seo-gu District Police Station and the economic2 team from the 2500,000,000 won to the police who was in charge of the 2.5 billion won of the 2.5th,000,000 won of the 2.5th,000,000 won of the 20.

However, in fact, C does not provide the defendant with monthly salary in return for the installation and operation of fish farms, except as above.
