Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and by a fine of twenty thousand won.

The above fine is not paid to the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Drugs may not be sold or acquired for the purpose of sale if Defendant A’s pharmacy founder is not a person;
