A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of three years and by a fine of twenty-five thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

From May 201, the Defendant, a Grade 6 customs officer working in the D Customs Clearance Division, has been performing duties such as managing free trade zones, loading, unloading, storage, transportation, loading, etc. of bonded goods, and managing cargo list of entry and departure from a free trade zone conducted by E Corporation on or around June 2015.

1. On October 29, 2014, the Defendant of acceptance of a bribe: (a) made a request to the effect that the actual operator I of the warehouse business operator I and the vice president of H (State) J of H will request the work related to the bonded cargo handled by H at the G restaurant located in the G restaurant in the Hacheon-si, the Defendant had I settle KRW 12,000 of the food cost; and (b) made I pay KRW 400,000 of the alcoholic beverage price at the L amusement shop located in the Hacheon-si, the same day.

In addition, the Defendant received total of KRW 10,872,302 from that time until February 16, 2016, a total of 25 times, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted a bribe in relation to his duties.

2. On January 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) obtained an occupancy permit from D Customs office to a cooling and freezing warehouse business from D Customs office; and (b) made it possible to set up a “(ju) M&A review report on the management code of F&A and grant it to a free trade zone (manufacturing business) even though it grants it to D Customs office as a free trade zone (manufacturing business); and (c) made it possible to grant the management code of the company as a free trade zone (manufacturing business) in favor of D&M.

In addition to the facts stated in this part of the facts charged, the defendant participates as a member of the external evaluation committee of the business plan of the (State)M who responded to the "Recruitment of moving-in enterprises in the Gu's public relations center" recruited by the E Corporation around June 18, 2015, and conducts an evaluation of the good business plan.
