The judgment of the court below is reversed.

The defendant shall be innocent.

1. According to the summary of the grounds of appeal (In fact-finding assertion), H, J, F’s statement, and the source of origin marking photographs attached to the D cafeterias, etc., the Defendant kept the Republic of Korea rocketing in the outer right legator of the above cafeterias from around December 2, 2012 to March 27, 2013, and sells the Republic of Korea rocketing to customers as if the Defendant had completed the work of domestic production; the Defendant, on March 27, 2013, placed the place of origin on the cafeterias attached to the cafeterias, sold them to customers as if they were domestic production; the Defendant’s place of origin in the above cafeterias on March 27, 2013, which was the control date of the investigative agency of the above cafeterias, indicated “in Korea,” and indicated “in Korea,” the Defendant’s change of the place of origin to indicate “in Korea” before the rocketings,” and at the same time, sold agricultural and fishery products with the purpose of sale under the instant charges.

2. Determination

A. A.
