Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for special larceny at the Daegu District Court on May 22, 2012 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Detention House on December 9, 2012.

While the Defendant had been living in a old time without a certain occupation, the Defendant was able to intrude into the “C” where the Defendant had worked as an employee before the old time, resulting in theft of money and valuables.

On May 5, 2014, at around 04:16, the Defendant laid the cement brick door door in front of the said “C” store operated by the victim E in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and then did not shoulder, the Defendant laid down the cement brick door, which was in the vicinity of the said store. However, the Defendant laid the door door up between the entrance gate and installed the door, opened up the door, cut off the lock, and intruded into the door.
