Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for four months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the business of driving a three-way tourist bus.

On February 7, 2013, the Defendant driven the above bus around 07:40 on February 7, 2013, and proceeded one lane among the three-lanes in the 1210-ro, Yong-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, in the direction of the Mapo-si, in the direction of the Mapo-si. On February 7, 2013, the Defendant stopped for the signal signal front.

At all times, there was a duty of care to safely proceed to a person engaged in driving on a three-distance with a signal, etc., according to good faith.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to make a left turn while disregarding the stop signal and was faced with the victim D (the age of 61) who walked from the right side of the direction of the Defendant to the left side of the direction of the Defendant according to the pedestrian signals by the front part of the bus of the Defendant.

The Defendant suffered injury to the victim D due to the above occupational negligence, i.e., an injury to the victim D, such as an acute blag, which requires approximately four to six weeks medical treatment.
