Defendants shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay a fine, each of them is KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

In addition to the entry into the Republic of Korea, “I(H representative environmental monitoring line)” planned mainly for the purpose of forming public opinion against nuclear power development in the Republic of Korea, more than 10 GH activities, including the Defendants, are as follows: “The facts charged around the nuclear power plant, through the ocean of Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, the representative nuclear power plant in Ulsan-do, 658-91, is as follows: (a) entry into the original site; (b) it is difficult for the Defendants to view that the Defendants entered the original site; and (c) it is difficult to deem that the Defendants entered the site of the nuclear power plant; and (d) it was recognized that the Defendants entered the site of the nuclear power plant was reduced to the adjacent area of the nuclear power plant.

In December 2015, in order to promote a demonstration that requires the withdrawal of a plan for the additional construction of 5,6 heading 5, which was scheduled to start on the end of December, 2015.

A person who intends to hold a demonstration shall submit to the head of the competent police station a report in which the purpose, date, and place of the demonstration, the address, name, occupation, contact address of the organizer, the person in charge of liaison, and the person who maintains order, the organization and personnel to participate, and the method of the demonstration, are stated, from 720 hours to 48 hours before commencing the demonstration.

Defendants, as seen above, did not report to the head of the Ulsan-gu Police Station to conduct an opposing demonstration against the construction of the nuclear power plant under their responsibility, and did not report to the head of the relevant police station on October 2015.
