1. Around August 31, 2011, the Defendant, in collusion with F, posted a false letter stating that the Defendants sold rice to the Internet site Niberian at the place of residence of the Defendants in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju-gu, and sent rice to the victim H who reported and contacted the false statement that he/she would send the rice, and that he/she received 30,000 won from the victim to the agricultural bank account in the name of the Defendant F and received 30,000 won from around August 31, 201, and received 24 times from around that time to September 20, 201, by means of the same method as shown in the attached list of crimes (1).
2. On September 22, 2011, the Defendant: (a) falsely inserted a false statement on the Internet website Niberian, stating that he/she would sell a gift certificate; and (b) subsequently, he/she acquired KRW 270,000 from the victim to the J-based bank account on September 22, 2011; and (c) subsequently acquired KRW 10,776,000 (the “10,976,000” of the indictment appears to have been written in mistake) in total on 41 occasions from around that time until May 31, 2013, and acquired the money by transfer from the victim.
3. On January 14, 2013, the Defendant refused to return and embezzled even after receiving a request for return from the victim on February 14, 2013, while the Defendant leased and used Hanober Q560 No. Q560 No. 1 from the Victim K by the end of February 14, 2013.
[2013Kadan3648] On March 3, 2012, the Defendant posted a false statement on the Internet site Nurina, Sgaltha, thereby selling a mobile phone with a false statement on the sales of a mobile phone, and sent the mobile phone to the victim L who reported and contacted it. From March 4, 2012, the Defendant acquired 210,000 won from the victim by transfer from the victim to the Ac item sales account in M.
