Reasons
1. The reasoning of the court’s explanation concerning this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, except for adding the following circumstances to the “10th judgment of the first instance court” part of the judgment of the first instance, and thus, it is not different from the fact-finding and judgment of the first instance court, even if all additional arguments and evidence are combined (see, e.g., Supreme Court en banc Decision 200Da4200, Apr. 1
