Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who intends to conduct a motor vehicle management business in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu as prescribed by Ordinance of Ministry of Land,

around 13:00 on April 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) placed the Defendant on the Internet site “C”, and (b) sold vehicles to the customer F who was found to be E located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; and (c) sold the vehicles to G on August 26, 2017, without registering to the head of the Si/Gun/Gu, by arranging the sale of the used cars of H new Poter.

2. The Defendant, through fraudulent means, prepared a written contract stating that he/she sells a vehicle at a price significantly lower than the actual trading price by displaying another heavy difference after soliciting customers through the fraudulent means, and there is an amount to be additionally accepted.

In other words, it was intended to acquire vehicle sales proceeds by means of fraud.

The Defendant made a false statement that the victim F was sold at KRW 12,860,000 to the victim, after moving the victim F to the Ansan Games Trade Complex at the time and place under Paragraph 1, and that the victim was sold at KRW 1,286,00.

However, the above vehicle amount is about 40 million won, and there is no intention or ability to sell the above car to the defendant, such as that the above price cannot be sold.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as above, was issued a new car project vehicle in food 2008, with the victim’s wife in 7.5 million won, as the purchase price of the above car by deceiving the victim and deceiving the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
