Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around October 2012, the Defendant: (a) received a request from B to provide a monthly officetel in which B’s children live; and (b) received the request from B to provide a monthly officetel.

On October 24, 2012, the Defendant requested a tenant, lessor, H, and deposit 10 million won, and a monthly rent of 1.5 million won for the 14th floor in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ftel No. 1406 to the tenant, landlord, and the 1.5 million won of monthly rent, and E drafted a lease contract with the same content.

On the other hand, the defendant asked E to create one more contract with the deposit of 15 million won and monthly rent of 500,000 won only for the purpose of showing the monthly rent too much, and he requested E to prepare one copy of the officetel lease contract with the above Ftel at around that time, stating "15,00,000 won," "50,000 won per month," "Lessee G," and "Lessee H," respectively, and then arbitrarily affix the seal of H's name on the name next to the above H's name.

On October 31, 2012, the Defendant, as above, presented a forged lease contract from E, and around October 31, 2012, as if it was duly formed by the above licensed real estate agent office B.

As a result, the Defendant, in collusion with E, forged one copy of the lease contract under the name of the above H, a private document on rights and duties without authority, and exercised it.

2. On October 31, 2012, at the above licensed real estate agent office around October 31, 2012, the Defendant presented a forged lease agreement, despite the fact that the above officetel rent deposit was KRW 10 million to the victim B, and the Defendant was transferred from the above B to the above G account as the Defendant’s spouse’s lease deposit, and the Defendant was the victim.
