Criminal facts

On September 6, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment and a fine of 300,000 won in the Seoul Western District Court for fraud, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 28, 2011.

1. At around 04:30 on December 18, 2010, the Defendant, along with C, D, E, and F, was on the roads in front of the HH station in Gwangju City, Gwangju, the Defendant was on board I U UAD vehicle as D and C. 2.
