A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On November 14, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 2 years of suspended execution at the Seoul Northern District Court on July 14, 2018, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 14, 2020.

1. A thief: (a) around 07:27 March 24, 2020, the Defendant stolen property worth KRW 35,400 in total on five occasions from the time to May 6, 2020, including 1/1,000 of the market price owned by the victim in the display stand in a crepan in which the surrounding surveillance was neglected; and (b) the Defendant stolen property in the amount of KRW 4,00 in total, 35,400, as indicated in the list of crimes, from around 20:30 to May 6, 2020.

2. Around April 7, 2020: (a) around 03:15, the Defendant invadedd the residence by entering the bar through a shoulder window without the victim’s consent, when the ship was in the agricultural gate container managed by the victim F of the victim F in Pyeongtaek-si E.

3. On April 10, 2020, at around 16:00 on the same day, the Defendant intruded the building by entering the building through the rear door without the victim’s permission, on the ground that the victim, who entered the I real estate office managed by the victim H in Pyeongtaek-si G, was physically able to respond to the Defendant, by entering the said office without the victim’s permission.

4. Around 20:40 on May 6, 2020, the Defendant: (a) stolen bread owned by the victim L (ma, 35 years old) and assaulted the victim by taking the part of the victim’s knife hand by taking the part of the victim’s knife from the victim who driven away from the Defendant, by taking the knife of the victim’s knife, as described in the [Attachment Table No. 5] on the front of Pyeongtaek knife store located in Pyeongtaek-siJ.

5. On May 11, 2020, the Defendant, at around 17:40 on Pyeongtaek-si M, went back to the above coffee shop managed by the victim N (ma, 34 years old) on the first floor of Pyeongtaek-si M, and entered the same coffee shop.
