1. The Defendant’s KRW 145,00,000, and its amount shall be 5% per annum from December 11, 2018 to March 7, 2019, respectively, to the Plaintiff.

On September 1, 2017, the Plaintiff Company entered into a subcontract with the Defendant Company and C Company on the terms of contract amounting to KRW 245,00,000 (including value-added tax) for the electrical construction among the new construction works of fishery product processing plants, and on September 1, 2017, the commencement of the construction period, and on December 30, 2017 ( April 30, 2018), and the Plaintiff Company started construction of the instant construction on September 1, 2017 and completed construction work on January 2018. However, the Defendant Company paid KRW 1,50,000,000 each on September 29, 2017 and paid KRW 1,000,000,000,000 for the construction work price (Article 250,000,000,000) without holding a pleading for construction price within the scope of the Civil Procedure Act.
