The appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
The grounds of appeal are examined.
Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment and the evidence duly admitted and examined by the first instance court, it is justifiable for the lower court to have convicted all of the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds indicated in its reasoning.
There is no violation of law of logic and experience and free evaluation of evidence.
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
