1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months;

1. Points on the submission of a false report on approval for use and inspection;

A. On May 27, 2010, the Defendant: (a) was an architect who performed on-site surveys, inspections, and verifications on the construction of multi-family houses with a total floor area of 415.83 square meters in Gwangju Mine-gu; and (b) was aware of the fact that the said multi-family house was not constructed in accordance with the design drawings at the time of the construction permit, such as the construction of 12 households, not 16 households, in the above office of the architect office; and (c) submitted a false approval for use and inspection report to the public official in charge of the Mine-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Seoul Metropolitan City, who is in charge of the construction permit.

B. On October 7, 2010, the Defendant: (a) was an architect who performed on-site inspection, inspection, and verification of the construction of a multi-family house with a total floor area of 3 floors above 367.95 square meters in Gwangju mine area on behalf of the head of the Gwangju Metropolitan City Mining Office, a person holding a building permit. (b) around October 7, 2010, the Defendant, despite being aware of the fact that the said multi-family house was not constructed on 17 households, other than 12 households permitted to construct the said multi-family house at the office of the above architect, submitted a false report on approval for use and inspection that conforms to relevant

2. Preparing and submitting interim reports on supervision and false reports on completion of supervision;

A. The Defendant is an architect designated as a design and supervisor for the construction of a multi-family house with the third floor above the ground in Seo-gu in Gwangju, Seo-gu, and the total floor area of 332.58 square meters, and around July 29, 2010, the Defendant is aware of the fact that the above multi-family house was constructed in the office of the above architect office with seven households, not only four households permitted to be constructed, and that it was not constructed according to the design drawing at the time of the construction permit
