1. On January 25, 2019, the Defendant’s disposition to exclude the Plaintiff from being subject to an interview on qualification for an assistant principal during the year 2019.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff was appointed as a teacher (public) on September 1, 1989, and served in B middle schools from March 1, 2013 to January 12, 2015, and C middle schools from March 1, 2013 to February 28, 2019, respectively, and from March 1, 2019 to D middle schools (public).

B. On February 11, 2015, the Plaintiff was reprimanded by the Defendant for the following reasons:

A. From April to May 2014, in the course of conducting a provisional inspection without the consent of the victim E (former third grade) during sports hours, the victim gets sexually humiliated and openly asked what is students in the surrounding area, and then the victim humiliated his/her sexual health; and

(b) in the course of guiding the 2013 Sports Hours, the victim F (former 3th grade) was limited to her her mar and her mar in order to correct attitude;

(c) in 2014 up to 2014, gets a bicycle riding in the decline string, giving a victim student G (current third grade) a non-resident during e-sports hours;

D. The instant item “A to C” case was a public official’s notification of the commencement of the investigation by the office of education at the Southern Police Station on January 27, 2014, when the investigation was commenced on January 27, 2014.

2014년 4~5월경 아침시간에 피해학생 H(현재 1학년)이 돌아다닌다는 이유로 엎드려뻗쳐를 하는 과정에서 피해학생이 상황설명을 하자 변명을 한다면서 발로 머리를 찼고, 2014년 7월경 체육시간에 피해학생 H(현재 1학년)이 체육복을 입지 않았다고 엎드려 뻗쳐를 시키고 허벅지를 5대 때렸으며, 2014년 1학기 체육시간에 피해학생 I(현재 1학년)이 벌을 받다가 체육관 사무실로 가서 잘못했다고 하는데 사과하는 방법이 잘못되었다며 엎드려뻗쳐를 시키고 이를 따르지 않자 피해학생의 머리를 잡고 정강이를 찬 사실이 있음. 또한 2014년...
