Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 7, 2015, upon receipt of a request from B to “to create a thesis passbook to redeem borrowed money,” the Defendant transferred the passbook to B and cash card connected thereto in the name of the Defendant at the D cafeteria located in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, and around August 7, 2015.

Accordingly, the Defendant transferred the access media necessary for electronic financial transactions.
