Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who conducts an act that may hinder the preservation and management of a river, such as planting plants within a river area, shall obtain permission from the river management agency.

Nevertheless, on March 30, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining permission of the permanent address market from the river management agency, laid 1,000 pins trees in the area where 64 neighboring lots were located in B and in the area where 64 neighboring lots were located.
