1. According to each of the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 6 as to the cause of the claim, the plaintiff's assertion, such as the statement in the grounds for the claim, is recognized.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 41,248,712 won and the remaining subrogated amount of KRW 7,478,369 per annum from February 12, 2014 to August 31, 2015, the agreed rate of 12% per annum, the agreement rate of 8% per annum from the next day to the delivery date of the instant payment order until January 21, 2019, and delay damages calculated by 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.

2. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is justified and accepted.
