1.The judgment of the first instance shall be modified as follows:

The defendant is in accordance with the attached Table 1 list to the plaintiffs.

(2) Standards for the organization of night work allowances: At least 16,50 won per day (including special leave) x (50%) x (16,500 won per annum x total number of night work days per annum 10: 30: 49,60 won per day before 10: 40 percent per annum x 30 percent per annum x 30 percent per day before the following day; 40 percent per annum x 30 percent per day before the previous daily wage per day x 30 days per day (including the number of days of annual work x 6: 150 percent per day): The number of days of actual work x 30 percent per day before the previous daily wage per day x 40 percent per day x 30 percent per day before the previous daily wage per day x 30 percent per day: The number of days of actual work x 30 percent per day before the previous daily wage per day x 30 percent per day per day;

(a) Standard amount of basic pay: 714,00 won per month, but the basic pay for new street cleanerss employed after the date of notification of the standard amount of budget compilation shall be 649,000 won per month, on condition that they are self-determination within the scope of 【10% (584,000-694,800) of basic pay in consideration of intensity of work, workload of work, etc.;

(b) Persons subject to additional charges for continuous service: A person whose continuous service period exceeds one year (class 30): 23,100 per month for each one year's continuous service period shall be more than one year but not more than two years;
